(Bristow, 28.Feb.2024) — Bristow Group Inc. confirmed that one of its search and rescue helicopters, registration LN-OIJ, was involved in an accident at about 19:40 CET approximately nine nautical miles west of Bergen, Norway. The aircraft, which is contracted to a civilian customer, was conducting a training exercise at the time of the accident.   Â
There were six people onboard, including the two pilots. All six people have been recovered and have been transported or are enroute to a hospital in Bergen.
