(Exmar, 16.May.2023) — Today 16 May 2023, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved a gross dividend of EUR 1.00 (EUR 0.70 net per share), as proposed by the Board of Directors.
The net dividend will be payable on 24 May 2023 to the holders of registered shares and to the holders of dematerialised shares through their financial institution.
(ex-date: 22 May 2023 – record-date: 23 May 2023).
