(Noble, 8.Oct.2024) — Pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Noble Corporation plc hereby announces the receipt of a major shareholder notification from BlackRock, Inc.
BlackRock has notified Noble on 7 Oct. 2024 that, as of 1 Oct. 2024, BlackRock’s holdings of indirect shares and voting rights in Noble as well as other financial instruments according to Section 39(2)(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act corresponded to 7.01% the total share capital and voting rights of Noble (divided between 8,838,379 shares and voting rights according to Section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act corresponding to 5.51% of the total share capital and voting rights of Noble and 2,401,926 other financial instruments according to Section 39(2)(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act corresponding to 1.49% of the total share capital and voting rights of Noble).
