PetroEcuador’s Merino Is The New ARPEL Chairman

(Energy Analytics Institute, 26.Nov.2020) — EP PetroEcuador General Manager Ricardo Merino was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Association of Oil, Gas and Biofuel Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean (ARPEL by its Spanish acronym).

ARPEL is made up of 24 operating companies and providers of public and private services, which operate in more than 30 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean and whose objective is to promote integration, growth, operational excellence and effective socio-environmental performance of the oil, gas and biofuels industry in the region.
