HOUSTON, TEXAS (Editors at Energy Analytics Institute, 7.May.2025) — PEC Ltd shareholders approved a transaction valued at $160mn for the 100% acquisition by Alliance Energy Services Pte Ltd through an arrangement scheme at an extraordinary general meeting in Singapore.
Following sanction of the shareholders’ meeting by the High Court of Singapore, all PEC shares will be acquired by Alliance. Thereafter, PEC will be subsequently delisted from the Singapore stock exchange.
