HOUSTON, TEXAS (Editors at Energy Analytics Institute, 20.Feb.2025) — The Board of Directors of Excelerate Energy, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend with respect to the quarter ended 31 Dec. 2024 of $0.06 per share of Class A common stock.
The dividend is payable on 27 Mar. 2025 to Class A common stockholders of record as of the close of business on 12 Mar. 2025, Excelerate announced 20 Feb. 2025 in an official statement.
Excelerate’s operating subsidiary Excelerate Energy Limited Partnership will make a corresponding distribution of $0.06 per interest to holders of its Class B limited partnership interests on the same date of the dividend payment.
The declaration, timing, amount, and payment of future dividends remains at the discretion of the Excelerate’s Board of Directors, the company said.
