The plan includes tripling oil production and doubling gas production, the official said 11 Apr. 2022 on Twitter after an event hosted and organized by IAPG Houston.
— The governor of Neuquén Province Omar Gutiérrez and the head of the province’s Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources Alejandro Monteiro visited Exxon’s campus in Houston to conduct “important meetings with its directors,” the governor said 11 Apr. 2022 on Twitter. “We were able to discuss work [issues related to] reducing emissions and sustainability, with the aim of preserving and caring for the environment,” Gutiérrez said. The two Argentine officials also visited NASA during the trip to Houston.

— Canacol Energy expects to spud the Pola-1 exploration well in the 3Q:22. The well it will take ~5-mths to drill, complete, and test. Pola-1 will be the first well targeting the “new deep conventional Cretaceous La Luna gas play, testing the first of 18 prospects and leads that were included in the evaluation that underpinned those prospective resource estimates,” Canacol announced 11 Apr. 2022 in an official stmt.
