(Energy Analytics Institute, 15.Apr.2021) — EP PetroEcuador offered Ecuador’s attorney general’s office access to all the necessary facilities it sees fit to collect any type of information requested as part of the investigation processes of the justice institution related to acts of corruption related to the state entity.
Alleged cases of corruption were recently made public by the US Department of Justice. The principal cases involve: Vitol Inc., Gunvor, Marcelo Reyes, Armengol Cevallos, and José Cisneros Alarcón, EP PetroEcuador announced 15 April 2021 in an official statement.
