Argentina’s Lopetegui Signs Deal With International Energy Agency

(Energy Analytics Institute, Aaron Simonsky, 12.Mar.2019) — Argentina’s Energy Secretariat Gustavo Lopetegui signed a deal with International Energy Agency (IEA) Executive Director Fatih Birol to create a joint work plan during 2019-2020, the Argentine agency announced on March 12, 2019 in an official statement.

The deal will see Argentina strengthen its energy statistics system, and exchange information and experiences with IEA. For its part, the IEA will add Argentina to its Technological Collaboration Programs.
