(Energy Analytics Institute, Jared Yamin, 26.May.2016) – Brazil President Rousseff Dilma, suspended from her duties for six months, claims the country’s interim president Michel Temer plans to privatize the country’s pre-salt reserves and leave Petrobras out of the picture.
“We know where the petroleum is located, we know its quality and they want to privatize it,” reported the daily newspaper LaRed21, citing announcements by Dilma via social media.
Any change in the current petroleum model will affect funds destined for education in Brazil, said Dilma.
