(Petrobras, 9.Feb.2024) — Petrobras confirms media reports that it has received nominations from the Ministry of Mines and Energy for election to the Board of Directors, to be held at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
The nominations will be submitted to the applicable governance assessments, including the company’s internal procedures, in compliance with the Policy for the Nomination of Members of Senior Management, for the analysis of legal and management and integrity requirements, followed by the manifestations of the People Committee and the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 21, paragraph 4, of Decree 8,945/2016, amended by Decree 11,048/2022.
