ExxonMobil affiliate Esso Exploration and Production Guyana Limited is operator and holds 45% interest in the Stabroek Block, which is home to the Liza Phase 1 and Liza Phase 2 developments as well as Payara.

ExxonMobil’s partners in the block include Hess Guyana Exploration Ltd. with a 30% interest and CNOOC Petroleum Guyana Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNOOC Limited, with a 25% interest.
