- Net Income of $158mn, Diluted Earnings Per Share of $1.09, Adjusted EBITDA of $283 million, cash provided by operating activities of $139mn, and Free Cash Flow of $40mn.
- Full Year 2023 guidance for Adjusted EBITDA range now $775mn to $825mn, the top half of the previous range.
