After Talks With Petrotrin Touchstone Scales Back On T&T Drill Plan

Calgary, Alberta-based Touchstone Exploration said it scaled back plans to drill 14 wells this year, down to 12, after talks with soon-to-be-defunct state-owned oil company Petrotrin.
